Where does one get "soft click" lancets and which device do they work in and where does one get them?

Good Morning:

I, too, use the Soft Click Lancets and have been doing so for years.  I really like the device because it S smaller than many of the devices and fits better in my meter case.  However, there are a couple of things I do differently.  

Firstly, when I test, I immediately replace that lancet with a clean one so that when I need to test again, I never have to worry about whether or not the lancet is a clean one.  Because there are time—in a low, I need it immediately and if I’m low enough, the less steps I have to remember to do beforehand, the better off I am at the time.

Secondly, when I dispose of my lancets, I toss them into either a Sharps container which immediately locks before tossing it in the trash.  Or, I toss it in an old bottle, like a Clorox bottle.  When it’s full, I take super glue and squeeze it in around the inside of the lid and glue the bottle shut so these things do not become injurious for sanitation workers.  I know they’re supposed to wear special safety gloves, but maybe boot all of them do.  My husband said ours wear those gloves.  Disposal laws, howe3ver, appear to very from state to state.  I know, in the state of Maryland, you can use old bottles as long as they’re closed securely.  

Just like Veronica, I’m lamenting over the loss of VD products.  Their syringes were the perfect design for the count-a-dose.  They were miraculous for me throughout my pregnancy and after.  Now, they’[re out of the syringe business and the count-a-dose is nearly null and void.   Nothing fits them anymore!!  Then there are those wonderful pen needles—VD.  If pharmaceuticals use other needles because they’re cheaper, Oh Crap!!!  Ever have a needle that won’t draw up insulin?  Just happened to me the other night.  Never used to happen with the VD needles.  Bottom line here is, I’m seriously lamenting the loss of our VD friends...
