Funny that this guy told you that.  I checked out the Facebook Page
and they actually strongly warned against uninstalling/reinstalling
because it deleting all your data and creating a monster you wouldn't
want...  What a bird brain!!!

As for being on hold for two hours, it was probably the fact that
since last Friday, now, they're deluged with calls 24-7.
