One of the worst places is the bathroom.
You don't know how clean it is.
I wish you had known Mike Freeman.
He would say, Just do you shot and don't worry about it.
I don't know what shot you are speaking of, where if I can sit in the
back of a table then I do my shot there.
Either in the tummy or the arm.
This is one of the reasons why I would love to be able to do the dex com.
Where if it is to much I will have to do the stick thing.
If you can make sure you drink lots of water.
That helps out lots.
In the room for the most time is a fridge.
That helps.
Just don't forget the insulin when it is time to leave the room.
Oh me that wouldn't be good.
Eating, if you have oatmeal at home, just ask for it out as well.
They usually give raisons and brown sugar.
Now good or bad I eat both. Then adjust as the day progresses.
At noon if you like soup have that or a childs hamburger.
I don't eat the large ones.
Leave that for my husband loll.
Just be you, listen to your body.
They say eat something every four hours.
A small snack anything like that.
I hope this helps.
