Hi everyone.
Okay, just spent another hour on the phone with Dexcom and here's what I
learned. I went two levels up and got three supervisors to say the same
thing.
Some Medicare Advantage plans have started covering the G6. For those who
have straight Medicare, or have a supplemental insurance policy, the answer
is April. I did manage to convince them to take my Medicare and insurance
information and run a benefits check just to see, but I kind of doubt that
I'm covered before April.
I also got them to admit that they should have allowed me to buy only one
transmitter so they're setting up a return and refund. Can't get them to pay
for return shipping though.
And they still haven't released my sensor order. How stupid is that?
Shipping me transmitters but no sensors. Hello? So we're still working on
that one.
So that's what I've heard this morning.
