You can go threw the doctor and get it from the pharmacy.
I just learned that wallgreens has a coupon that will help you get a 
discount on paying for it.
This is where I am at rite now.
I am learning how to put the tape on correctly so the cencer will stay 
on longer.  Yes one must keep the other meeter around as I call it the 
finger stick.
I have mine on the tummy I have learned you can wear it there as well.
I am still learning about it, and I know you will learn the same thing.
