Yes, I forgot to mention ginger! An article from noridgehealth.com I
read on facebook and I may not have the correct url here was about a
study where people drank some baking soda each day and it helped their
digestion and made life better for their pancreas. I saved it in my
feed, but I'm not sure searching feeds is possible let alone easy on
facebook.
