Sodium is damaging to the kidney, so if taking anything with sodium, and you
have a kidney problem, I would seek medical advice first.

Drink it mixed in water, and if what you put in one glass tastes too salty,
half the amount you put in that glass and then drink another glass with the
same amount of baking soda.
