[Diabetes-Talk] circle

To be honest, I’m surprised pharmaceutical companies don’t push insulin on more people through their doctors. Insulin is really expensive, and it’s amazing that they aren’t pushing more people to be on it.
Also, there is a lot of misconception about insulin out there. I know I would be in big trouble if I was just relying on oral medication. I’m actually going to talk to my endocrinologist when I see her next and we are going to change oral medication as this one doesn’t seem to be doing much at all.

Mine told me if I had any problems when I was out of town or anything to give him a call and he would help. But under normal conditions he doesn’t feel comfortable prescribing diabetes related things. My Endo chronologist is great though, I really like her and her staff.
