One of the things I was told, is to eat in smaller portions.
Enjoy what you like, just don't eat as much.
Some times you might want a snack between meals and that is ok as well.
Fruit or anything like that.
If you want a cookie, just do one or no more than two.
Most of all exercise.
Walking is the best of all.
