Yep, snacks high in protein are good, because protein stabilizes glucose
levels, and fat is what keeps us from feeling hungry. And by fat, I mean
good fat. So, nuts, avacados, olive oil and coconut oil, olives, etc.

Good to eat nuts as snacks between meals since unless they've been brandy
soaked or rolled in sugar you have no adverse blood sugar impact and sweet
craving gets turned off.
