Rick, I don't know of any pump that attempts to show an A1C. I've only seen
that in the Dexcom Clarity app. Since most pumps don't have that many
glucose readings, if any, they probably can't really predict that. There was
an Animas that showed averages for blood sugar readings, exactly as they'd
show on the meter, but they made no attempt to convert anything to match A1C
levels.
I'm inclined to agree with your assessment, Eileen as to how Joyce's docs
evaluated her status.

Very possible but I am wondering if any pump has the 90-day A1C to simply
see if there is one with more than the next... TKS...

It could be that when your diabetes team looks at the data from your insulin
pump they are looking not at what your glucose levels are, but the times &
amounts of insulin that are being given either through the bolis levels &
the basil rates. Then they look at the glucose levelse from your CGM and
compare the two different records from two different systems to determine if
they need to make adjustments to the insulin amounts.

Last time I was in to the endocrinologist office an AC1 was done and it was
a bit elevated since the Last time I was in. They went out nurse & doc with
my pump and came back after viewing the Pump records and the Dexcom records
and told me that in the last month I was 7.6 and the AC1 was mid 8. So she
had to be able to figure out down to a shorter time what my blood sugars and
AC1 was. I don't know how, but she came back in and told me she was going
to leave things alone. She had drop my insulin rate during the night as the
time before I was having low blood sugars during the night and the Dexcom
alert woke me up so I could take something.

Hi all,
The history found only tells about insulin delivery and alarms. Nothing
regarding glucose levels. I am asking if any pumps have history of blood
glucose levels that help your Physician figure your A1C.
Thanks bunches all...
Rick

In many pumps, the history goes back 3 months or more.

Hi all,
With insulin pumps from the Companies presently offering, do these pumps
offer a history and if so, how many days of history are saved? Just thinking
too much obviously... lol.
Be well,
Rick
