I have actually just started using the Inpen as of three days ago. The app is very accessible with VoiceOver. There are a few things that VoiceOver doesn’t read but they are not viable for the use of the Inpen with the app.

The set up process is amazingly accessible and simple. If will ask you to dose a surrten amount *Note: This is without an insulin cartridge in the pen. This is how you pair the pen with bluetooth. After you dose the amount and push the plunger all the way you will double tap the pair button. It will go through a status bar of which is read by voiceover beautifully. After that is done you will now place the cartridge in the pen and prime it. This only took about 6 units for me. They tell  you to do this in 2 unit increments.
