Hi Terry,

As one person mentioned, a half small banana is a great item to add to other
foods. A half banana always seems to help fill me up to a point that I'm not
hungry again for a couple or more hours. Especially when adding it to a
protein source such as the mentioned milk alternatives like soy or  flax
that have more protein. Also adding the banana to the applesauce or yogurt
might help curb hunger.

A low calorie snack might include spreading humice on cucumber or bell
pepper slices. The fiber will also assist in that feeling of fullness.

I'm kind of weird with the flavors I enjoy but a healthy cheap drink I enjoy
is adding one to two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar and one dash
of stevia to two cups of water.
