Hi Angela,
When you receive any alert, just keep swiping to the right until you hear
"OK" then do a double tap and it will stop.   
Please discuss with your Doctor as to how much insulin you will need to dose
for a high alert.  Also, ask your Docter how much carbs to take for a low
blood sugar.
