Angela,

Not entirely sure what you mean by "register insulin dose." Dexcom doesn't
directly show insulin doses or carb in-take; it simply tracks BGs, and
obviously, if you take insulin or eat carbs, it will reflect in your BG
readings on Dexcom. Just like it will reflect if testing what a manual meter
like Prodigy. Dexcom will tell you if BGs are constant, or raising or
lowering, and at what rate they are raising/lowering. Hope this makes sense.
