So far, Ross loves his job at IDB. He's a VRT, and it's unfortunate that just as he starts this job, the Department essentially has to shut down. Employees are working from home as much as they can, but obviously, the meat of what they do is working with clients.

Our decision to keep Omaha as our permanent residence for now is based on a lot of factors, not just COVID-19, but it's certainly a big, immediate one right now.

IDB is definitely lucky to have Ross though. He has a gift for teaching, and I think he will be a very valueable edition to the team.
