Hi Terri
Another idea is a snack pouch of tuna, just double check the net carbs on the back because some of the flavored ones may have a little bit of extra so that’s the only thing I suggest. They sell them and snack pouches without crackers or anything so you can just open up the pouch and eat it with a fork.
What are some things that you cook for meals? I’m asking more out of curiosity because I want to increase my ideas for meals.
