I don’t know but it has  a text to sspeech when you scan it would read out the  number whehtehr your going hig or low or increasing or going low . I will try that next time and will let you know.  also the libre app will also integrate into the  apple health app. You have all kinds of info, time in range, average glucose, 7,14,30, and 90 day  glucose tracking. That way, you can at least  estimate your  a1c. also you can also link the libre to link view which is the equivelent of dexcom clarity . that way you and  your doctor have access to your  data.  I have done this with the libre 1. I will have more info about libre 2 as I begin to use it next month.

Say a question for you,
can you set it up on the I phone where you can ask what your number is?
This is done with siri.
I have done that with the dexcom and it works out well.
Or it will say can't find number.
That usually means blue tooth went on vacation and has to start working again.
When all of my other devices are working, I just blow it off, and know some how all will connect again.
