lipton has diet green tea. they have peach flavor which is my favorite then 
citrus and also mixed berry. they are really good ice cold when you drink 
them on a hot muggy day. very refreshing.

Avoid Arizona and Lipton bottles, as they tend to be very high in sugar. I 
use green tea teabags all the time, sometimes stop & Shop brand, sometim
S other brands. They are less acidy than regular tea, and they will help you 
feel full. A great substitute for water, and wonderful on a cold damp day.
