I know there is some out there, but I have found if people are helping me with finding it sometimes I get the wrong one, and I am not sure what the situation is in that case. I don't get it any more as that happened to me once and my numbers were out of control for a while. I may try looking again.

Jeanette,

Walmart has diet Arizona green tea with ginseng that is really good. That is what I drink. I agree that most bottled tea is very high in sugar, so I was glad to find this diet Arizona one.

Avoid Arizona and Lipton bottles, as they tend to be very high in sugar. I use green tea teabags all the time, sometimes stop & Shop brand, sometim S other brands. They are less acidy than regular tea, and they will help you feel full. A great substitute for water, and wonderful on a cold damp day.

Such as, Arizona, and Lipton. But I was thinking I might want to avoid those two. I wasn't too sure though. So I thought I would ask here.

In another week we will re-evaluate the situation, and go from there. If it needs to be lowered again, then we will lower it by 4 more units. This is just wonderful!
