It is what I is with these new tech things.sometimes they will work
flawlessly and other timesthey will give issues. Most of these custom
service reps read froam notebook if x happen tdo y but if x does not happen
and y does
Not happen then what.they can use their common sense ot trouble shoot
matters.

Subject: [Diabetes-Talk] dexcom user

Hello, I am Les Fitzpatrick (new to this list) I have been using the Dexcom
system it was the G5 but now the G6 Every since the last app update I have
had two transmitter failures they have taken care of it and replaced them
but I hate having to do with without the dexcdom and I sure hate doing the
finger pokes again. I got a new transmitter yesterday and wrote down the
codes to both the transmitter and sensor entered them in to the app and
inserted them, and it never would find the transmitter so Dexcom advised me
to changer the sensor which I did and that did fix the problem. Also I used
to attach the new sensor just before bed but it would always give me a very
low reading (around 30) in the middle of the night. So I started attaching
them in the mornings instead and haven't had that problem at all. Has anyone
else had any of these issues. Saying all of that, I love the Dexcom system
when it works.
