[Diabetes-Talk] Reading labels

I've been T1 for 36 years now, so, most my life. Yes, my biggest piece of advice is to listen to your doctors and your own body, but give yourself a break. Especially if this is all new to you. No one learns everything at once, nor does anyone quickly adjust to new routines.

thank you so much for this post. I was officially diagnosed ten days ago and I've been stressed out. It helps to know that nobody is perfect at this all of the time and I need to learn as I go and give myself a break.
