Hello, Lisa,
When I had this same problem, I changed meters. I now move between a 
ReliOn Pro Voice and an Embrace meter. Neither of them are fully 
accessible but I need accurate results. I'm thinking of trying the 
Accu-Chek Guide which works with the app on the iPhone or Android. I 
just saw that One Touch has a talking meter but don't know anything about it.
