The best drink of all is water.
I do ice water.
Then from time to time I will do a pepsi.
I do drink coffee in the morning, black, i don't add anything to it.
Exercise, you can walk around your living room so many times and that
will help.
Or if you can take a walk around the block that would help.
I love to dance to music that helps to.
