My dear lady,
You have come to the rite place.
Yes we all check our sugars as blind persons.
Yes it is hard to keep your numbers low when you are with family
members who don't worry about such things.
Then it also has to do with how much you eat at a time at the table loll.
I like to go small.
Then you have all of the things family has, but in a smaller dish.
Then there is the word will power.
Now for me there are times when that will just takes a walk.
I just start over again, and try to do my best.
Also know stress can help the numbers go high.

list is a grate list and help out as well.
