That's  true, I hav never had issues in  the heat  as it relates to different levels with my glucose levels being in the hot  southern  California valley.

Certain climates and elevations can impact BGs. I don't drop as dramatically as you, but I do run lower if outside in super cold temps. When I was diagnosed as a kid, my parents were told to be careful when I was in warm temps, because it could effect my BGs. Although, I've never noticed an issue in the heat.

This is crazy,
even my doctor doesn't understand.
In the fall and threw the winter months, I just go outside, and my sugars will drop.
He said he hadn't seen this before.
I crack up.
We have to adjust that it doesn't go to low.
