Lyunjev is a rapid acting insulin. It can be good for insulin-dependent
diabetics that experience a lot of consistent fluctuating BGs. However, if
you have gastroparesis, especially problematic gastroparesis, it's not
recommended.

It's available in vial and pen form and was recently approved for use in
insulin pumps.
