Hello Danielle,

many of us carry a fanny pack to hold our insolen, phone and such. A
small ice pack will be sufficient to keep your insolen cool. Be sure
and wrap the insolen in a paper towel or something so it does not have
direct contact with the ice pack. Many insolen types can be in room
temperature not exceeding 85 to 90 degrees, check on yours.
