Hello,

If you are utilizing the Dexcom G6 CGM.
1. Make sure the old sensor is not being detected by the /dexcom app. If you have to, you might have to force stop the old sensor. In the settings section. This will be found all the way at the bottom of the settings screen.
2. To start a new sensor, find the start new sensor button in the middle of the main screen. It should be right above the graph of BG readings.
3. Enter the four digit code or optionally scan the code with the iPhone camera.
