One more step. After going into settings and hitting stop sensor, which you
then have to confirm. Just as before, you have to go to the top left and
find the back button. That should place you back on Dexcom's home screen.
I have the 13 Pro and everything is still in the same place. Have you used
Dexcom with the 13 pro already or is this the first time? It matters.

Hello,

If you are utilizing the Dexcom G6 CGM.
1. Make sure the old sensor is not being detected by the /dexcom app. If you
have to, you might have to force stop the old sensor. In the settings
section. This will be found all the way at the bottom of the settings
screen.
2. To start a new sensor, find the start new sensor button in the middle of
the main screen. It should be right above the graph of BG readings.
3. Enter the four digit code or optionally scan the code with the iPhone
camera.
