I mostly use my CGM's data to show me how my time in range is doing.

I just started using the Dexcom G7 and it makes seeing how much time
your Low, in range, high, and very high right on the main screen.
I'm running higher than I'd like on this G7... I'm on the first
sensor, so still figuring out what's going on.

The Freestyle also has a section to view your time in range and other
info if you use that CGM.

If you don't use a CGM... I highly recommend it.
