I use Lite Italian or a flavored vinegar and a little bit of oil, vegetable
or olive.

Hi Steve,
My salads have a high amount of fiber and a small amount of protein I do not
check the amount of added sugar.  But, I do prefer a vinegar based dressing.
My favorite style is a creamy Caesar.
