Peanutbutter and jelly sandwich if made correctly can help.
Put a good amount of peanutbutter on both slices of breaad.
Put jelly on one of those slices.
Flip the other slice and put it on the slice with the jelly and squeeze
the edges to close.
If there's a good amount of jelly on the sandwich and also more
peanutbutter than jelly you're higher up on the protein.
Continental breakfasts are a problem for anyone trying for weight loss
since my mother who was a registered nurse before all of these extra
nursing degrees materialized told me for weight loss you eat like a king
at breakfast, you eat like a prince for lunch and you eat like a pauper
for supper.
If you like sardines they're high in protein and can go well on sour dough
bread which is better than yeast risen bread for diabetics.
steel cut oats with peanutbutter a little cinnamon and a little raw sugar
is another breakfast possibility.
More roughage so that may help weight loss.
If you don't like peanutbutter in oatmeal not everybody does you could try
substituting pecans for the peanutbutter.
Nuts by themselves are beneficial though peanuts and cashews may be a
problem. Walnuts look like the shape of your brain and that's what those
nuts help.
Eggs definitely, maybe an egg sandwich or quiche with some vegetables in
it seem to help my blood sugars.
