I haven't heard of that from my local pharmacy. I hope you can continue to get them.

Subject: [Diabetes-Talk] difficulty getting Libre 3 Sensors

Hi, all.

Over the past six weeks or so the pharmacies in my area have had trouble filling prescriptions for the Libre 3 sensor. The primary pharmacy I use says that now they can't promise they'll be able to fill prescriptions for the Libre due to not receiving shipments of the sensors.

I've tried locally owned pharmacies, as well as the biggies. . .
Walgreens, Wall Mart, etc. and am having the same issues with all of them. The Wall Mart pharmacist I spoke with suggested the manufacturer may have a shortage of the components used to make the sensor, but he hasn't heard of them being on back order yet. Still, he only had a few when I called today, an my prescription won't be available until tomorrow.

Has anyone else encountered this? I live in rural Illinois.

Lisa
