[Diabetes-Talk] Anyone need a Dexcom G6 transmitter?

I did call and explain my situation to them. They were very nice to send me a replacement sensor this time by FedEx air. My insurance only sends me one box a month. I wish they would send me a three month supply, but they are only allowed to ship me one.

I doubt Dexcom would check up on if you actually had a procedure done or not, but why not just tell them the truth and say your supplier is shipping late and you will be out of the very needed sensors for 2 weeks or however long you are anticipating the delay to be.

I'd have to tell a white lie about why I need an extra, and I'm not sure if they check to see if I had a procedure. It's worth a call though.

> Thanks, Diane! I don’t really need the transmitter unless you have no one else who would like it, but what I really need our a few extra G6 sensors. Medicare is so stingy, and only allowing three a month, and I have no extras if a sensor fails, or if my shipment is late like it will be this month! I wish there were a way to get a few extras added to my monthly order that Medicare allows.
