Chris,
My experience with Dexcom support has always been positive. They have been helpful to me any time I've called with issues be it a defective sensor & needing a replacement, or issues when something might have been entered incorrectly during the starting of a new sensor. In the later case, usually its some piece of information I may have entered incorrectly. The Dexcom G7 10 day sensor app has worked fine with my iphone. Any time there have been what I'd consider small quirks in the app the company has usually gotten updates that correct issues out relatively fast and there has always been a work-around.

I'm just curious if NFB has a relationship with dexcom at all? I know some have said the g7 app is accessible, but I decided to go with the stelo sensor because it does not require a prescription, I am not on insulin, and the sensors are cheaper. The app is generally usable, but it needs some work regarding accessibility. Dexcom's support seems generally centered around getting new sensors if your sensor is faulty, so just wondering if we had any back channels we could work through. Thanks in advance.
