[DSM-Iowa] Fundraising Committee is Looking for Members.

Dear DSM Chapter Federationists,

              Our Fundraising Committee is presently work an individual
challenge and I thank all of you who opted to participate.  I must admit I'm
disappointed that so many of you opted out.  But, you'll have a chance to
help raise funds in October, when we'll have the Theresa's Gaming Salon.  

              The presence of a couple of you is requested for our
Fundraising Committee, since I'd like a group of six people total.  We have
Nick, Cindy, sometimes Becky, and Bob is always willing to help.  But, many
hands make light work, so, if two of you will volunteer to serve, we'd
appreciate it.  Our next meeting will be at 7:30 pm the first Monday of
August and all are welcome, of course!  Please let me know if you're
interested!

              Fundraising can make us feel anxious, bored, or downright
uncomfortable, but we must remember we can do more to help blind people live
the lives we want if we have more financial resources that if we don't.
