I wanted to take a second to share some quick updates that might be helpful for you and the folks you serve. Please see below!
May How to Ride training  
Our scheduled May 14 training at DART Central Station will be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. I do apologize if you were planning on sending anyone to this training.
MyDART App bug
We continue to work with our app developer to fix the bug that is causing the Next DART Bus and Trip Planner feature to crash in the Apple version of the app. We’ve been told that a resolution should be coming in the next week or so. Android users should not be impacted by this bug. Real time bus tracking and trip planning can still be done through our website, Google Maps, Apple Maps and the Transit App. 
Public Input for  DART on Demadn Fare Increase
DART is planning to increase the full adult fare trip price for riders using DART On Demand from $1.75 to $3.50. This fare increase will make DART On Demand the same as other DART services provided by demand, like On Call. Riders who qualify for half fare rides will not see a fare increase for DART on Demand service.
