To be completely accurate, most NLS books don't offer page navigation. 
I have read a couple that did -- I think they were cookbooks.

NLS books don't offer page navigation, and neither do their magazines.
That is, even on a Stream you don't get a page navigation option when
playing an NLS book or magazine.
