[Dtb-talk] The end of NLS/LOC international interlibrary load

In the past the Association for the Blind of Western Australia would
get interlibrary loan books from the National Library Service in the
United States but it looks like that option is no longer available to
international libraries at this time.

It strike me a pity that in the process of adopting an international
standard the NLS/LOC appears to have decided to no longer engage in
international interlibrary loan. So as a result an option once open to
us is now closed.
