You are correct that DTB's will be offered by NLS, and cassettes will
gradually be phased out. Lots of older books have, and are being
converted, but not all.
You should contact your regional library to get a digital player and
to register for web Braille, if you want it. You get grade 2 BRL
files that you download and read on a refreshable Braille device.
