[Dtb-talk] what is appropriate for this list

It is primarily for the discussion of "digital talking
books." Sometimes the discussion is technical, sometimes it is more
from the user point of view. While I won't say libraries aren't off
topic, as that is where most of us now get our DTB's, it isn't our
primary focus.
