[Dtb-talk] navigating NLS books

Please make note thate that some NLS books don't have navigation by
chapter. It has one Level 1 navigation, to the beginning of the book,
and that's all. These books have been converted from the cassettes,
but no one has taken the time to put in all the header navigations. It
can be very annoying, but these books will tell you that's what they
are at the beginning, just after the title and author information.
