Hi Sarah,

Point to the Humanware Companion Icon.  Press the context key which is the 
key between the right alt and right control keys.  Arrow down till you see 
"run as administrator".  You should have better luck downloading this 
program!  It is very nice to have.  I use it quite a bit myself!
