[Dtb-talk] BARD posting of downloads

Friday is the normal time when new stuff comes out.  For various,
often unpublished, reasons they will sometimes post early or late.
This will often happen around holiday weekends.

The number of titles posted is never consistant.  It depends on how
many titles are finished, QA'ed, uploaded, and ready for use.
