Mike:

There is really no set rule for when the postings go up on BARD. yes Friday 
seems to be the normal day. Over the long hall Friday so the day. However if 
there is a holiday during the week they may pass over Friday. When this 
happens some patron's lives come crashing down. A few weeks ago there was 
two postings of books in the same week. O HAPPY DAY!  By the time you set up 
a rule NLS will changed the day and you will need to change your rule.
