In honour of the upcoming International Guide Dog Day (Wednesday) the Geoff Gallop Braille and Talking Book Library is pleased to offer First Lady of the Seeing Eye by Morris Frank.

First Lady of the Seeing Eye is a autobiography of one of the first American guide dogs users. It tells of the efforts to get dog guides admitted to restaurants and hotels, trains and planes as well as the work of Mr Frank in promoting guide dogs world wide.

This DAISY digital talking book is a fill text full audio title which also features the photographs from the original 1957 print edition.
