I don't know of an electronic tuning device, but you should be able to buy a
pitch pipe in a music store of some sophistication. If you have a
reasonably good ear, a pitch pipe should be as helpful as an electronic
tuner.

Subject: [Electronics-talk] Guitar tuning device for blind users

Is anyone aware of any device which aids a blind user to tune a guitar to
the correct key? These are easily found for general use, but use flashing
lights which become steady when the various strings have reached the proper
pitch. Flashing lights don't help much, so wondering if there is such a
device which emits a tone or something?
