[Electronics-talk] turning on SAP

I are with you never having a fan of old time radio and the like but I think 
there are other ways that blind people can get involved and be just as much 
a part of it. Growing up blind in the 60's there wasn't much of pop culture 
that I missed out on. I could appreciate it for people who need to listen to 
a second language but I think the money spent on audio description for the 
blind could be spent on other forms of accessibility.
