Usually, the phone companies can provide a talking caller ID box through
special programs.
Also, Panasonic has phones that have talking caller ID on the phones. They
are sold at Costco. The five handset phone also has a base that has a ten
key pad with speaker phone.
The cost of the five handset is about $130. They have four and three handset
phones as well.
